Aqua Pilates (Poolates)
Wednesdays | 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM
Experience the benefits of Pilates in the water! Aqua Pilates combines Pilates-inspired movements with the gentle support and natural resistance of the pool. This class helps improve core strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness while reducing stress on the joints.
The water makes movement easier on the body while still giving you a great workout, making Aqua Pilates a wonderful option for all fitness levels.
SilverSneakers® Splash
Fridays | 8:15 AM – 9:15 AM
Get moving and make a splash with SilverSneakers® Splash! This fun, low-impact water fitness class uses the natural resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
Designed for active older adults and welcoming to all ability levels, this class offers a supportive and social environment where participants can move, laugh, connect, and build confidence in the water.
